Exporting Genesis as a cr2 doesn't work as was noted over at DAZ; various pieces are missing. However, although the parts are missing, what is there is rigged properly(EDIT; the exported rig is a Traditional Poser WM rig); the parts seem to be missing because their geometry isn't grouped to a bone. This is likely because the bone names don't correspond to the geometry's group names, which Poser doesn't seem to be able to handle.
As an aside, Genesis 3 seems to work fine in Studio 4.7 (I haven't yet upgraded), so I'm not sure exactly what is so drastically new and different from Genesis 2 that it won't work in Poser, other than the bone names...
PS; the Poly count of Genesis 3 is 17,000
Different skinning method which Poser does not support and which is not easily translatable. 4.7 will have issues with posing some bones, and, if I recall correctly, HD Morphs.
