However, I do note that the TOS prohibits:
"Personal attacks. This includes but is not limited to, destructive, abusive, defamatory communications in any form,"
Because of that, I would assume that publicly accusing someone of violating the TOS is itself a TOS violation. But what do I know.
I think you're supposed to speak to a moderator.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
