However, I do note that the TOS prohibits:

"Personal attacks. This includes but is not limited to, destructive, abusive, defamatory communications in any form,"

Because of that, I would assume that publicly accusing someone of violating the TOS is itself a TOS violation. But what do I know.

I know several vendors who had their taglines deleted for simply linking to another marketplace IN the sig line.  As a violation of the TOS. LOL, I even know one USER who had her tagline deleted and got a warning for quoting YOU.
