All it has is a spot light from the back and the HDRI is called HS Gold Room that I got from sIBL Archive - down toward the bottom of the page under heading "HDR Source Promo Library". The HDR is my favorite and is the perfect indoor lighting IMVHO ;). I use the Mt-Washington-Gold-Room_Ref.hdr for the environment dome. Environment Intensity 1.00, Environment Map (the slot with the image) 2.00, Dome Scale Multiplier 12.00 and I have the Dome Mode set to Finite Sphere w/Ground. That's it really ;).
