I was pleased to see the vintage 8mm movie camera return. I had a composition in mind, that of an aspiring teenaged filmmaker making a "stop motion" production in his family's basement. But the camera's sales dipped below quota and thus "vanished". When I discovered available once more, I purchased it immediately and finally set about staging the scene.
Amazingly, I didn't have to buy anything else once I had the camera. Either I had it on hand (Hiro, his morphs and clothes) and those items I required (the lamp, tripod, basement and sawhorse table, I found for free.
Yes, I know T-Rex shouldn't drag his tail, but if you look at the boy's fashion and hairstyle, those elements should hopefully imply this a bygone era, likely the 1960s when it was still generally believed dinosaurs walked like that.
I think I should call the kid Stephen or George. ;-)
