Actually this is a good picture. It's the stuff in the water and the water color. In short it's too shifted toward red and green. If you can whew. Adjust the red on her shirt to make it less red, abd get rid of the crud upon the water, and change the water color to make it seem less like a toxic solution, and finally nix the moss. Prime stuff. Hmmm. How about this. Lessin the color saturation of her souroundings then increase the color saturation upon her lips and then finally resize the photo. Try it out. See what happens.
