 With that font style, his name and his "bushy" brows and chin, I gather you designed him as some kind of martial arts sensei, at least from a marketing perspective.  I kinda' expect his voice to be an odd mixture of the Ninja Turtles' "Splinter" and "Chester Cheetah' from the Cheetos commercials, wavering from authoritative to "laid back", a kind of Kung Fu "stoner".  ;-)

Oh and yes, his name was a bit of a pun. He's a former superhero who was a martial arts expert. He was sought out by Exclamation X and his sidekick, The Target to train them to be superheroes. They completely suck at being superheroes by the way. Anyway, Master Ki was meant to help Exclamation "unlock" his potential. Get it? Unlock? Master Ki? Comedy.
