I enter the coupon as it is written and it says coupon not found or expired

Our apologies that you had problems with that coupon. Because of that error message, I'm guessing there was likely a typo in the coupon code. That coupon has expired now, but I email you with a one day extension on that special offer.  Please note if you have a similar issue like that in the future to make sure you copy and paste the code without any spaces at the beginning or the end of the code.

My apologies. I should have written back sooner. My Prime membership had expired a few days earlier without me realizing it. I signed up right away and was able to use the coupon. Thanks for your reply and the extension, but all is well again.
