After re-reading, I have to correct myself here:

The body's "native" shape would be like V4 and V4's body morphs would probably work best.

But as the body topology is identical with V6/V7, many of V6/V7's body morphs should work well, too.

And with fully working scaling in Poser, it would be no problem to "re-morph" that V4 shaped body back into V6/V7's native shape, while clothing still would fit. (Basically a "poor-man's autofit)
