Poser has a wave deformer that can animate ripples in water. Almost everyone knows about Magnets but no one uses the wave deformer. So you don't have to have PPP. Check out the free Volumetric Water at Dacorts site link below. Also look at the 3D Worlds available in the store. They have a pond. I do agree with Ockham that Bryce is a better option.
