Oh yeah, you can either hand sculpt or as I prefer to do these days, use poser to transfer the morphs and the morph brushes to smooth and tighten up as needed. Or you could make them in your modeler, or zbrush, or with a utility ..... but posers tool is fast and right there. Takes a lot of the hassles out :) The sporty morph should look very nice with the bodysuit mesh you showed in the other thread.
Part of the trouble with the muscles is the density of the mesh. I'm going to try tinkering with that one more but... its tough getting a sharp cut on those abs
