designer on drugs/caffeine over dose? man that is .... a mess. no clear areas of definition. badly laid out. bad for anyone visually impaired / dyslexic (does the US not have rules on accessibility? are you even attempting to follow any?)
also agreeing with the bottom bar.. it's really not needed...!
