I completely understand as it is frustrating for us as well. We do not like that our members, buyers, vendors, etc are unhappy as contrary to belief, we care a lot about all of you as well as this site.
It is our home and you all are our family.
When we log in as a member, we are seeing their account exactly as they see it, I promise. We are no longer logged in as an Admin/Staff member.
I wonder if it's Safari...can you please try using Chrome and see if it works on that? if it does, that is a whole new issue I will be taking to the programmers so it is very important. I was using Chrome earlier when I was logged in as you.
