What I wrote isn't quite correct - it seems that the uploaded thumbnails are still being used for gallery images without nudity/violence/language flags.
It's only the uploaded thumbnails for images with any of those flags that are being ignored - the 300x350 'Content Advisory' notice is used
The Content Advisory shows if the image has an advisory checked on upload. You can customize your Visibility Settings here (make sure to scroll down on that page) to show all content if wanted. To cut down on the confusion we will likely take out the thumbnail on upload and just use a scaled down version of the image.
Update We have made the thumb an optional field. If you wish to upload one you can, if not it will automatically be resized from the main image.
