i don't suffer from carpal tunnel, but boy all this endless scrolling and having to drill and drill down further to get anywhere sure leaves my hand feeling fairly sore after a time. and trying to use my up/down arrow keys for scrolling as opposed to my mouse is a fairly time-consuming and inaccurate landing process because the layout suffers.
