The only solution you have then really is to save your animation as a series of images (i.e Jpeg's or gif's) and then stitch hem together in a program such as Macromedia Fire works and turn them into a transparent gif file etc. The only problem is obvioulsy its not in flash format. There is now way round this really. The only other thing i can suggest you llok at is adobe After Effects 5! www.adobe.com If your working with flash then why do you need a transparent background anyway? Can you not just match the colour value of the background to that of your stage in Flash, making the appearance of tranparency? Or why not look at outputting your file somehow into flash format (even if not transparent at this stage) and then import that flash movie into Macromedia Director, choose transparent background from the property inspeactor and then export it as a shockwave mvie or something. There is allways a solution to ANY problem at all, the oly thing you need t do is find it belive me. Might take a bit of lookin at but try not to think to laterally. Look at the compatibility betwen differetn programs and come up with a workable solution. Its not easy but i am 100% positive that if you invest time then youll sort it out. Good Luck
