"Doctor Who" featuring Tom Baker as the 4th Doctor.

The scene is a bit anachronistic as Baker is operating the console from the 1996 Fox movie (starring Paul McGann as the 8th incarnation). Still, for the 14th series, the Doctor controlled his TARDIS from a Jules Verne inspired smoking room with a writing pedestal console, so it's still "in the spirit".

The Doctor's features is a morph from the long vanished Werts. The console and girders, a wonderful prop by AlDemps. The room and clothes, various D*z items.
