Just a note: This topic, or rather this theme of discussion, comes up fairly often. At times, it has "blown up" and caused some pretty big changes, here and there, to various sites in the community. In short:
This really isn't anything new.
But, in this instance of the ever-popular subject, I think that Renderosity may have a bit more relaxed product restrictions than some old-timers are used to seeing. Quite a while ago, I remember seeing the first truly suggestive BDSM product for sale on Renderosity. It wasn't that it was the first, it was that it was so stunningly presented and unabashedly ashamed. There's nothing wrong with that, but it was a bit of a wake-up call - Certain sites have more restriction on such content and, apparently, Renderosity has broadened its criteria for acceptable products. This "broadening" has been going on for quite awhile, though, with little comment from this community.
I don't care what people do with their software, as long as its legal. As it's likely that 90% of what a typical user does with Poser is related to personal porn, it's useless to try to pretend that unmentionables don't get mentioned and Tab A isn't put into Slot B in the majority of personal renders...
HOWEVER, and there is one exception to that opinion - Products that are sexually suggestive and renders that are so should be restricted content. That's really the only way to do it and to avoid future problems. (And, yes, that argument comes up every couple of years, sometimes leading the creation of new sites.)
