The ground texture is a bit too even... I'd suggest applying an image map texture as the bump and painting it quite irregularly. If you've assigned the texture to an infinte plain, try adding a small, flattened terrain, then applying the same texture, then adding your image map as the bump, using the Control-click so that you won't lose that nice brown bump you've got going. You can always use one of the KPT filters along with some noise to refine the texture, too. :) Also, a bit of specularity might work real nice. Maybe also the ambient light could be toned down, and you could increase the brightness of the lights inside the house... I think there are lights there? If not, you could put one in there, turning the brightness down to about 4 or 5. I love the building and the terrain in the background. They have that dreamy, moody look I believe you're going for.
