In your Public Documents folder (Located in C:Users/Public/Public Documents) There will be a folder called Poser 10 Content, or whatever version you're using (in my case it says Poser Pro 2014 Content). Inside that is a runtime folder. That contains the content that came with Poser. There's another folder called "Downloads", inside of which is another Runtime folder. Unzip your purchased content into the "downloads" folder. Each zip should contain its own "runtime" structure, so merge that with the Runtime in the Downloads folder. You can also add as many additional Library runtime folders as you want, which we can get into later, for now just use the Downloads folder.
