There is a difference between erotica and porn, generally I see porn as something which is without social value. But who determines whether something is of value? Then you have the idea of obscenity, which further muddies the waters. Yeah, I had critical theory classes and graduated with a 3.9 gpa from one of the most liberal art institutions in america. Lol.
