MindVision GDS had mannequins for V4 and M4. You can find them in her store at DAZ.

Have those, though I have not tried them.....(damn I have so much Poser shit I can't keep track of everything I have!).......but they do not look too much like ball jointed mannequins. I am going to use them now that I remember having them but still not ball jointed.
