Oh my, I just posted twice in the Customer Support Forum area, because I couldn't see my post after several refreshes of my web browser on the page. I am sorry for the double posting, but this very bad lag in getting new posts shown, makes the user wonder if the original post got lost in cyberspace. Is this a bug ?
