could be an item embedded in a room set with other stuff or it could be something Frankenstein'd with another product by the image creator. good luck.

I found it...... it's part of the various furniture pieces in Domineia's Den Furniture Pak that is sold here at Renderosity...... Domineia has several dungeon paks Both look great.
