Our apologies, it appears the system had a glitch when trying to assign your random free product on one of the orders. I will need to get one of our tech guys to look into this, but in the mean time if you would please select a free item from the Grab Bag list (https://www.renderosity.com/grab-bag-goodies--cms-17966) and email store@renderosity.com with your selection, we can get your gift taken care of for you.
