I maybe mistaken, but isn't Second Life literally banned by many vendors and sites for copyright violations? I would check the validity of this allegation before proceeding with your project. If this remains to be true, there will be a reluctance to help from any of the members here.

As long as he is making the animation himself and not using vendor resources, it's not a problem.
