The library issue seems to be happening to a few people. Not sure why or what causes it. Here's a link to a thread at another forum (hopefully it'll stay up) on how to run the Adobe Air in P11 so at least you can have it running that way. I'm pasting it because the instructions given by karibou are pretty detailed. I also want to give credit where it's due for the temporary fix so customers who are having the problem can use the library.
