The most important point is. To me there is no reason to "move" at all, just because you install Genesis it doesn't mean you need to delete V4. Or if you install DS that you need to uninstall Poser. You can have the best of both worlds and use each and every tool to help you create, without discounting anything due to some imaginary tribal division.
So Good luck, I hope you find what works best for you. But don't be afraid to try something new once in awhile. It can be quite refreshing and inspiring. And don't feel the need to restrict yourself to fit someone else's ideal of what is right for you. Only you can truly judge that.
Well naturally everyone's situation is different, for me I really don't get enough free time to play with Poser, much less learning an entirely new system like Daz Studio. At some point hopefully that will change and I'll have more time to devote to my 3d hobby.
