I'll try to clarify the issue.
If you want to edit something in your description - say you noticed a typo - when you use the edit feature:
You HAVE to re-upload your thumbnail. If you just leave the little tick-box checked (the one that has "Use Existing Thumbnail" next to it), the system will auto-generate a thumbnail from the entire image. It will NOT use the existing thumbnail.
You HAVE to re-enter ALL the Vendor Credits. If you don't, the system just removes them.
I don't know how to explain it any more clearly than this.
In addition to this, when I checked my gallery last night I found at least 8 - 10 of the thumbnails had been replaced by smaller versions of the entire image. This was done by your software/system and not by me. This is what members are referring to when they complain that the "thumbnails are disappearing."
None of these problems occurred prior to the latest 'revolution' upgrade(?) to the site. Hopefully, your programmers will find a way to fix these issues.
