I'd say drifterlee's computer meets the High End requirements.

@drifterlee: have ya made sure to at least apply the Iray Uber shader to all the materials in your scene? Maybe there's a 3Delight shader in there gumming up the works that Iray doesn't like? Is there displacement? Iray chokes a little on displacement... What are your Iray settings? Do you have CPU AND GPU checked in them?
