To find content in Studio is sometimes very tricky as the structure of studio is not so clear as it is in Poser. Sometimes you'll find Poses for G3 located under Presets. The easiest way to find the content is openthe original Zip and search the poses, often under People but not always.
About Ubershader I have only a link to a You Tube vid but it is in German but when you view it in Full screen mode you will see where the guy clicked and you will find the settings in your Studio.
