Note: If you're UPDATING an existing FreeStuff item, then the behaviour is CORRECT - after clicking the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page you're taken to your own FreeStuff page with a green "Success! Your item was successfully updated." banner across the top.

This is the behaviour I would expect when you've just created a NEW freestuff item - except the words on the green banner would be different of course.

The 3Dcheapskate* occasionally posts sensible stuff. Usually by accident.
And it usually uses Poser 11, with units set to inches. Except when it's using Poser 6 or PP2014, or when its units are set to PNU.
