Poser 5 runs just fine on Win7 Pro 64 bit. If you have the original version of Particles, it will run on all versions of Poser from P5 to P7 as well as the first version of Poser Pro. If you create a particle prop and save it, it will run on newer versions of Poser but you will have to tweak the material settings and lighting as those have changed over the years. Sorry I can speak as to it's ability to run on Win10. I haven't seen a need to upgrade.
