With all due respect, Hope... two ppl have asked about yer artistic credentials, & I'll add my voice as a third. Please quit ducking the question and fill us in.

I'm thinking she doesn't actually have any, or any previous connection to the community as she only joined last summer when she began managing (unless she has an alternate name she was using prior to becoming "official"). If you read her profile her background is in journalism.

Not commenting one way or the other on that, but it's harder to get participation or understand the overall feel of the place if you don't know anything about the members & community you are "managing".
