No matter what happens, as in all things, there will always be an underground. I'd wager that if Poser were to go kaput tomorrow, there would still be a dedicated circle of folks still using it for years to come. Look at Bryce or Carrara or Silo, etc. etc... Some people couldn't care less about all the trendy conformist drama and keeping up with the jones'. It's about the strange little dreams, making due, and necessity being the mother and whatnot.
