Yep, it's Daffy Duck from Warner Bros. (Foghorn WAS a WB character ;)). Daffy has always been my favorite because he's the most stupid :P. I have a more than normal fascination with Looney Tunes and bought all the videos when my kids were little so that I could watch them...LOL. Call me daffy...I love cartoons ;).
