You would lose the last frames. To edit frames, go to the animation palette along the bottom of Poser (should be on by default), click the last box & type in whatever number of frames you want to have total. It'll ask you if you want to delete the frames, click yes. You could also just start your animation at the first frame you want so you don't lose the last ones.
