@scotti You can purchase older copies of PS on Amazon. You can even purchase a full current version instead of the subscription. (download only, no disks anymore) I do the subscription thing, but you don't have to be online for it to work. It will check for an online connection and if it doesn't find one, will warn you that you have something like 90 days to log on so it can verify your subscription. I only log online with my art computer once every three months to let it 'phone home'. As for the different plans, I think the 9.99 plan isn't the full PS, just the light version. I have the plan that gives me PS and Illustrator.
