The S was removed when it went from Batman vs Superman to Batman v Superman.
Do you think his remarks about knowlege and power are hinting at Lex/Brainiac?
Prixat, you are right! The S is gone! Still, I agree with Amy "Lois Lane" Adams. On Krypton it may have stood for hope but on the third planet from the sun, it's an "S".
How can I movie cost 250 million? I wasn't there to pour over costs but it's a high level production which means it's going to cost a bit more but this isn't new. Going back to arguably the first big budget sci-fi drama, Metropolis, made in 1927 at a cost betweem 5 and 7 reichmarks. In today's cash that was a budget of approximately 200 million dollars. I suppose even a hundred years ago, there was a man made truth. You get what you pay for.
Terrible grammar, ending with a preposition.
There was a lot of foreshadowing in this movie...I wouldn't doubt a Lex Brainiac connection. Can you imagine the massive Lex intellect combined with an evil Supercomputer? A Vandal Savage/Solaris connection would be better but certainly most movie goers aren't comic readers of the early 21st century and they are going to have their hands filled with too many heroes for people to enjoy as it is. Still, excellent points, prixat and RorrKonn
I believe they are setting things up for Darkseid.
If I had a nickle for ever time a woman told me to get lost, I could buy Manhattan.
