I don't think K4 can easily be made all that realistic really, but I do know that many K4 morphs work on V4, so that may be of help. Have you tried something like the Rajdarge genital prop or other props like that, which could 'pudge out' the groin area a little to form a crease?

I do wonder, if K4 morphs work with V4, could V4 morphs work with K4? i guess it's a possibility, worth trying out if you need to vamp up your fantasy characters a little.
