Increasing the number of frames and letting the simulation run longer will also help smooth out the creases.. As mentioned, subdivision may help but there are drawbacks which can make it impractical.
BTW, when asking for help, make certain to post which Poser version you are using; not all versions have the same features, and the Pro versions have additional features not found in the regular versions of the same build.
Just spotted your Post, I was using Poser 2014 Pro. Gonna re-install it and try running it again with more frames. How many frames would you recommend to smooth out the folds please? Also will draping for the duration of the animation help or is it just necessary for the first 15 frames or not needed at all? Thank you.
