I have had no problem from 4.01 to 4.02 by unzipping it direct to Vue folder. There was an earlier post about the first download of 4.02 having installation problem, but then that was affecting those using Win98 only...I think. However, this was quickly rectified by e-on. Other than that, I am not sure what and guess can't be of much help now.
