Not bugs. First off you pull in your character then choose your clothing without double-clicking. You will see two checks below the library, use those to bring in the clothing. The boots will not fit you need to double click in the foot and toes to make them invisible, then put the boots on. The bra will not change size unless it has morph targets to make it do so. You need to read the tutorial in the manual to get started, it will pretty much show you all the basics.
