"I'm not exactly sure what you've tried and what you haven't, but I do know a few things. I'm using the latest version of DS and had applied the update to the Daz Dyn Clothes script recently. I fired up DS just to check only to find that it didn't work for me either (Windows 8.1, 64bit). So I replaced the updated script with the previous version that I had backed up on an external and it was suddenly working again."
Hi indeed I can confirm that the update breaks the plugin in that it seems to disable my ability to create "Dyncloth" from externally imported meshes but still works with native Daz studio primatives. I too backgraded to my previous version and got my functionality back oh well... not a show stopper as the "update" did not really add any new functionality like fixed or constrained groups.
