This may have been asked before, But I'm looking for a character based on Ellie from the last of us game. There are lookalikes all over but no Ellie. A full character or a head morph would be great. Any help would be super. Thanks

I've been looking for 5 minutes and got a ton of info about the game, game developer, the law suit against them by Ellen Page the human whose likeness was stolen and used to create the "Ellie" (couldn't they have at least created an original NAME for the character?) character. There ARE "likenesses" or "stand in's" for Ellen Page for Victoria 4. Character morphs, and even the character set or two on sites. Like DAZ, or even here. ;o) There are at least a dozen character artists right here at Renderosity who do create more than reasonable "stand-in" character sets for a great number of famous people. Can't name them, obviously. That would be Rude!
So, now a question. WHAT SOFTWARE do you think you are going to use WITH said Figure once you do find it? Poser? DS? Maya? MAX? Lightwave?

The bottom line, do you want to risk using a likeness which is already a copyright issue? Private usage might be OK, but if renders appear on any site galleries, they will appear on the internet. Word of caution.

hborre - that is true! I figured my mentioning "in Lawsuit" would bring appropriate attention to that issue. All I said stands true, but that bottom line is important, as hborre said. Just depends on what you want to use that morph for. "Ellie" per se, as common sense should say; is "Off Limits". It's a 'hot potato'.

As far as lawsuits someone ought to tell the folks over in porn land cause there are tons of Ellie pictures doing the nasty. I found a character I bought and with a little luck I can get a good lookalike. Anybody know what hair that is? Thank you all for the help.

fairly simple character to make ..i think they based the face off ellen page ... and some other actress . I remember seeing a poser character like that .....will let you know if i find it again .

Thank you WandW and artdude41. I'm glade there are folks that still think like Normal people should. As long as you don't use a real person's name or refer to a actual living or dead person I think you make any morph you want. And if the face is to close, change it a little. It will still have the look you want but no one can say it looks like no one person.
