I have a new problem that popped up after I installed the latest P11 update - I keep getting error messages after I start Poser 11 that say that "such and such" a file does not exist - referring to a previously installed item in an external runtime (on an external hard drive).
Something different (different item I mean) each time I boot P11 up in the error message. I can't keep track of them all or follow up to see why it is not seeing the files.
I run poser on a mid-2010 iMac. Never had this problem with P11 before...
I am also running Poser Pro 11 on a mid-2010 iMac
I get the same error message - usually repeat messages about the same installed product/runtimes. I kept notes and reinstalled those product/runtimes and still get the same error messages.
I also have problems at startup with no library showing up for as long as 10 minutes, and sometimes not at all.
Also, when I add new external runtimes, it will add the first one, but if I try to add another one, the library palette goes blank. When I try to shut down P11 Pro to restart after adding a new runtime, it hangs up and I have to force quit.
I have installed every upgrade and update, and it seems to get a little worse every time.
IMHO, I think SM needs to rethink their entire Poser library setup.
