This is not a link to a site with competing content. It is a link to a site with links to other sites, which as far as I can tell is not against the TOS.
Others have had links removed from posts to other sites with freebies. I give up trying to figure out what is and isn't for or against the TOS. It's just simpler to put the addy down as text and let anyone who want's copy/paste and go.
