Sadly, Edriver, thats not the case anymore. One can see several land claims in the courts even now, based on ill-written and ill-meant treaties from centuries ago. In some respects, its quite understandable; in others, it makes little sense beyond sheer avarice. And sometimes it feels quite like litigation for the simple enjoyment of being in court.
