I seen the coupon but am unable to locate it now.

could current coupons be listed under the marketplace tab?

The only coupon we have right now is the Prime coupon that expires on the 31st of May and can be found in the Prime forum.

Store sales and coupons can also be found in the site announcements which is in the top, right left of the page.

I was over looking the coupon that I was speaking of

"GoodOlDays10Coupon". however when I try and use it on "DODGE CHARGER The General" the following pops up on checkout

First off it is the weekend and the office is closed. We do check the email and forums on the weekend however we have our own families and things to tend to on the weekends so we are not on the computer all day long like we are M-F.

As far as your remark about me being the Community Relations Specialist, the Marketplace usually tells me when they put a coupon out for one and for two it was not in the backend that lists all the coupons we have out so no, I was not aware of it.

I really do not appreciate the snide remark because I was unaware of something the Marketplace staff was doing.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience as I am sure they will make it right. I will get in touch with the Marketplace Manager so she can fix this.

I deleted the car and put another item and the coupon still would not work. I give up and going to sleep

Gee, I'm sorry. I thought Renderosity was a business. Perhaps if your little feelings were hurt from my snide remarks, you should talk to management about keeping you in the loop. Maybe if the office is closed, Renderosity shouldn't be doing sales business during that time, otherwise, you handle business the same way you would any other time. Welcome to the real world of business and customer relations. You are either open for business or not.

I have been here for 8 years and I am well aware of the business world and I LOVE my job and what I do. Some of us are working in the office from 7:30am-7 or 8pm M-F and then come home and work some more. So yes, on the weekends, we deserve to spend some time with our kids and take care of some things we don't have time to during the "normal" work week..

I really do not wish to go back and forth with you as you can ask just about anyone and they will tell you our Customer Service is pretty darn good as we all work really hard and do the best we can to be sure people are happy.

As I stated, I have sent the Marketplace Manager an email about this and I am sure she will get in here when she wakes up or has a chance and make this right.

Hello everyone.

The error on the coupon was my fault. I set it to end a day early. I am very sorry about that. And I was not checking in yesterday afternoon as I had errands to run with my children. I have made a new coupon today that runs through the end of the day tomorrow/Monday May 23rd for all of you, well everyone really. This is the same 10% off any of the products in our Good Ol Days release.
