You could look into virtual world dynamics. I don't know much about it but it's supposed to do dynamic simulations on transmap hair. Otherwise I'd look into dynamic hair. There are some here in the free stuff and at sharecg. Adorana's stuff is quite good. I don't know how many long hairs he has, though you could probably lengthen some of them a little.

Dear Poser Hive Mind-
I'm looking for a female long hair model to work with V4 that can be posed with the figure UPSIDE DOWN as well as standing upright, and with all angles in between. I'm rendering a series of images with figures doing handstands.
Failing that, a good Poser strand hair model would suffice, but I've found the included dynamic strand models are a bit lacking. Are there any alternatives?
I've already tried searching through the hundreds of hair models available, and now my ears are bleeding.
Your help is gratefully, etc...
